A quick, easy, and very delicious recipe that can be eaten for cold cereal topping on yogurt

    A - Discard the pepper of its core, its seeds and cut into cubes. Peel the shallots and chop finely. Peel Garlic and crush. Cut the chicken into pieces.

    B - Marinate the chicken by mixing with a little olive oil, salt, herbs of Provence, shallots, crushed garlic and let soak 15 to 30 minutes.

    C - Cook tortiglioni 7 to 9 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.

    D - In a saucepan, sauté the sliced chicken in the olive oil with its marinade 5 minutes; then, reduce heat, insert the banyuls, pepper, pepper and (a little water if necessary) simmer about 10 minutes.

    E - Unite the tortiglioni chicken and enjoy. For this recipe, the cooking time depends on the size of the chicken.
