  • 500g of scallop of chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of herbs from Provence
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt with herbs


  • A - Discard the pepper of its core, its seeds and cut into cubes. Peel the shallots and chop finely. Peel Garlic and crush. Cut the chicken into pieces.

  • C - Cook tortiglioni 7 to 9 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.
  • D - In a saucepan, sauté the sliced chicken in the olive oil with its marinade 5 minutes; then, reduce heat, insert the banyuls, pepper, pepper and (a little water if necessary) simmer about 10 minutes.
  • E - Unite the tortiglioni chicken and enjoy. For this recipe, the cooking time depends on the size of the chicken.
